Hello, I’m Sarah. I specialise in helping people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, burnt out or working out other unhelpful emotions as you’re not alone and change is possible. I offer solution focused CBT/REBT: a structured yet flexible therapy that helps you understand what’s keeping you stuck and introduces practical tools to move forward.
I am also trained in EMDR.

Prior to training as a Psychotherapist my previous career in the commercial world and being a parent at the same time gave me a deep understanding of how complex, stressful, and emotionally demanding life can be. It also taught me that listening—properly listening—isn’t passive. It’s an active, compassionate skill that can help people feel safe enough to explore what hurts and to work towards feeling more confident and content with your life. I am here to help and guide you to make that change.
