Richard Hughes
I am an experienced integrative psychotherapist (MSc, Level 7, UKCP accredited) with a particular interest in relationships, emotional intelligence / better communication, the outcomes of childhood trauma, work place dynamics, feeling stuck and the experience of neurodiversity. My background includes a previous career in television production and I am a frequent contributor to podcasts and radio on issues such as boarding school trauma. I take a collaborative, conversational approach to sessions and am committed to changing the perception of psychotherapy and counselling which I see as ‘essential, everyday self-care’.
