I offer counselling that’s kind and welcoming, and I aim to build a relationship with you that feels safe and non-judgmental. I’ll listen to you carefully, ask questions about your experiences, and offer you different perspectives to consider. I take an open and exploratory approach and we can work together for as little or as long as you need.
I work with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, depression and problems with relationships or work. My belief is that difficulties we have in the present often have their roots in our past.
