I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with the BABCP and an accredited counsellor with the BACP. Originally from Spain, I moved to the UK in 1984 and have dedicated the past 25 years to working as a therapist. My professional interests include supporting individuals in managing anxiety within relationships and work environments. Additionally, I have substantial experience in addressing perinatal difficulties and navigating the challenges of menopause.
