We all go through times in our lives when we feel it would be beneficial to talk to someone who is outside our family and friends.
I will provide you with a warm, calm therapy space where together we can explore and make sense of what has brought you to counselling and begin to untangle the past, present and future to give a clearer idea of where you are now and where you would like to be.
I work with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of supporting you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I trained as a humanistic, integrative therapist. I prioritise building a safe connection between us and I draw on a number of counselling models; psychodynamic, person centred and CBT to get the most out of our time together.
