My name is Francine and I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in mental health, and supporting people to identify, better understand and work through any challenges they may be experiencing in their lives or feeling stuck with. I am passionate about creating opportunities for space, connection, meaning and healing, all of which I consider to be a necessary foundation for positive physical and emotional health.
I specialise in individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, grief and loss, difficulties within attachments and relationships or life transitions. I also have expertise in workplace wellbeing, including managing stress and burnout, sustaining a better work-life balance and improving overall wellness at work. I encourage focus on the importance of an individual’s unique context and how the circumstances in which they have lived can influence relationships with the self and others. My work is informed by a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Attachment Theory and Compassion Focused Therapy.
