I’m Georgia, an integrative Movement Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I work with adults—individually, in couples, and in groups—offering a supportive space to explore whatever may be bringing you to therapy.
You may be going through a difficult time, living with ongoing challenges, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and able to move at your own pace.
My approach works with both verbal and non-verbal experience, it integrates talking therapy with an awareness of the body. In our sessions, we may explore thoughts and feelings through conversation, as well as gentle movement and creative processes. This can support a deeper connection to your internal world and facilitate meaningful change. There is no expectation or prior experience needed—everything is invitational.
I draw on psychodynamic, humanistic, and neuropsychological approaches in psychotherapy. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, which I see as central to the process of change.
