I am a Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapist offering an integrative, humanistic, transpersonal, and somatic approach; working with individual adults, face-to-face and online.
My work weaves together Western psychology, Buddhist philosophy, and evidence-based interventions for trauma and stress. I believe that every human being, regardless of their challenges, carries an inherent wisdom and intrinsic goodness at their core. My role is to support you in reconnecting with that core, and to accompany you on your journey toward healing and growth.
